HOW TO ORDER

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

For the best printing results, upload a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background. A resolution of 300 DPI is recommended. We may also accept JPG, PDF, SVG, and other common file types.

Avoid uploading screenshots, blurry photographs, or small low-resolution images. If you are unsure whether your design will work, contact us before ordering.

PRINT QUALITY

Every hat is produced with careful attention to color, placement, pressure, and finish. Our full-color printing process allows us to reproduce detailed logos, gradients, photographs, and colorful artwork that may not be possible with traditional single-color decoration.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Colors may appear slightly different in person because of screen settings.
• Design dimensions may be adjusted proportionally to fit the selected hat.
• We will not intentionally stretch or distort your artwork.
• Exact hat brands may vary based on availability.
• Customers must have permission to reproduce all submitted artwork.
• Personalized products cannot normally be returned unless they arrive damaged or were produced incorrectly.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Spot clean whenever possible.
• Hand wash gently in cool water if necessary.
• Do not use bleach.
• Do not place in a washing machine or dryer.
• Allow the hat to air dry naturally.
• Do not iron directly over the design.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat.
