Build Your Own Custom DTF Gang Sheet
Fit multiple logos, graphics, names, and designs onto one continuous DTF gang sheet. Your transfers are printed in full color with a white ink underbase and arrive ready for heat pressing.
Important sizing information
- Actual film width: 13 inches
- Maximum usable print width: 12 inches
- Length: Choose any available length
- Approximately ½ inch of non-printing margin remains on each side
- Price is based on the selected sheet length, not the number of designs placed on it
How to order
- Select the gang-sheet length you need.
- Open the gang-sheet builder.
- Upload, resize, duplicate, and arrange your designs inside the 12-inch printable area.
- Review the entire sheet carefully.
- Approve the layout and add it to your cart.
Artwork requirements
For the best results, upload:
- High-resolution artwork at the intended finished size
- Transparent PNG files whenever possible
- 300 DPI artwork recommended
- Clean edges and readable text
- Artwork without unnecessary transparent padding
Do not mirror your artwork. BrightScale Customs handles the correct print orientation.
Do not include a solid white background unless you want the white rectangle printed. Avoid blurry screenshots, compressed images, watermarks, and artwork copied from social media.
Please review before ordering
Your gang sheet is printed from the layout you approve. BrightScale Customs does not automatically correct spelling, artwork size, image quality, colors, transparent backgrounds, or design placement.
Colors can vary slightly between your phone or computer screen and the finished transfer. Very small details, extremely thin lines, shadows, transparency effects, and low-resolution images may not reproduce exactly as displayed on screen.
Customers are responsible for having permission to reproduce every logo, character, trademark, photograph, or design uploaded with the order.

- Gang sheets are shipped rolled and protected
- Production time: 2–3 business days on orders over 50 feet. Same day on orders under 50 if submitted before 2pm.

Change the production time above before publishing if you cannot consistently complete orders within that period.
Returns and order problems
Because gang sheets are custom printed from customer-supplied artwork, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect sizing, spelling, layout, image quality, or customer artwork issues.
Contact BrightScale Customs if your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong sheet, or has a verified printing defect. Include clear photographs and your order number.
